Oshrat Katz-Shacham

Oshrat Katz Shacham is a researcher and Program Management Officer (PMO) at the Samuel Neaman Institute for National Policy Research. She works on a broad range of policy issues in science, technology, innovation, research, and higher education. Prior to her position at the Neaman Institute, Katz Shacham worked as a program planner and controller at Rafael. She holds an MBA and a BA in economics from the University of Haifa.
