אנו במוסד שמואל נאמן פועלים רבות על מנת להנגיש את אתר האינטרנט שלנו לאנשים עם מוגבלות על מנת לקדם שוויון זכויות ושקיפות כלפי אנשים עם מוגבלות.

הסדרי הנגישות במשרדי החברה

מוסד שמואל נאמן לחקר מדיניות לאומית הוא מכון מחקר הממוקם בטכניון. המוסד נמצא בבניין שצמודה אליו חניית אורחים ללא תשלום. לבעלי תו נכה של משרד התחבורה, קיימת חנית נכים ללא הגבלת זמן או תשלום. הכניסה מהחניה לבניין נגישה גם לבלעי כיסא גלגלים. בבניין יש בכל קומה שרותי נכים גם לנשים וגם לגברים.

מהות אתר אינטרנט נגיש

אתר אינטרנט נגיש, הינו אתר המאפשר לאדם עם מוגבלות, לגלוש באותה רמת יעילות והנאה כגולשים אחרים, תוך שימוש ביכולות המערכת עליה הוא פועל ובאמצעות טכנולוגיות מסייעות לנגישות .

התאמות נגישות שבוצעו במסגרת הנגשת האתר

התאמות הנגישות באתר שלנו בוצעו בהתאם לתקנה 35 בתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות) התשע”ג 2013, לתקן הישראלי ת”י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 לרמהAA ובכפוף לשינויים והתאמות שבוצעו במסמך התקן הישראלי .

באתר מותקן סרגל נגישות מסוג NagishExpress באמצעותו אפשר להגיע אליו מכל מקום באתר ע”י כפתור ההנגשה הצף באחת הפינות באתר. ניתן לבצע דרכו את הפעולות הבאות:

לשנות את הטקסט לפי הצרכים שלכם – להגדיל אותו, לרווח בין האותיות, לשנות את הרווח בין השורות, לישר לצד אחד.
לשנות את הניגודיות של צבעי המסך ובעיקר הטקסט והרקע (כולל מונוכרום וצבע חום כהה).
לשנות את הסמן.
הפעלת הקראה של טקסטים / תמונות באתר לבעלי מוגבלות בראייה
הגדלת גודל טקסט באתר עם סימון העכבר / מקלדת על כותרות / מילים באתר
להדגיש את הקישורים.
להסתיר את התמונות.
לבטל הנפשות.
הפעלת פרופיל ADHD
הפעלת פרופיל מוגבלות קוגנטיבית
להשתיק קול

ישימות מיטבית לנגישות באתר האינטרנט

באתר אינטרנט זה, ניתן לגלוש בצורה מיטבית ונגישה באמצעות הדפדפנים הבאים: Google Chrome , Firefox ותוכנות קוראות מסך NVDA screen reader.

אמצעי הנגישות באתר

תוכן האתר – התכנים באתר כתובים בצורה פשוטה וברורה, דבר המאפשר גלישה קלה ונעימה המתאימה לכל אדם.

גודל הטקסט – ניתנת האפשרות לבחור ולשנות את גודל הטקסט המופיע באתר.

ניגודיות וצבע – מאפשר לבחור ולשנות את צבעי האתר וליצור התאמה אישית מתוך סט צבעים, באמצעות שינוי של צבעי הרקע של האתר, הכותרות באתר והטקסט עצמו. לחילופין, ניתן לשנות את הניגודיות בכל האתר, בלחיצת כפתור.

הדגשת קישורים – ניתן לאתר קישורים באתר שלא רק באמצעות צבע הקישור, אלא על ידי הדגשת הקישור באמצעות צל או רקע.

מקשי קיצור – קיימת אפשרות להפעיל אתר זה באמצעות המקלדת. לחיצה חוזרת ונשנית על מקש הTAB תעביר אתכם בין הקישורים והאזורים השונים בעמוד. בנוסף, ניתן להגיע לעמוד הבית, לתוכן העמוד או לבצע חיפוש באתר באמצעות מקשי קיצור המפורטים בבועת הנגישות הנמצאת בראש העמוד בצד ימין.
