Abstract:
The purpose of the meeting is to present different research, R&D, as well as lessons learned in the industry, on new technologies, their development and use.
The focus of the meeting will be keeping and improving health promoting aspects of food, during its processing, preservation, and storage. As a round table discussion, we would like to explore new routes for collaboration in new preservation technologies, new methods to tailor food structure, as well as novel design of ingredients.
