In the passing decade, the issue of waste treatment in Israel had taken an impressive step forward. Unauthorized damping sites were closed, landfill taxes had been set and the overall waste framework had improved. This report comes not only to encourage, but also to call out to decision makers to take an act today in a right and efficient way. A slow and vision lacking management can end in uncorrectable damages.

This publication contains two parts – municipal solid waste and hazardous waste treatment in Israel.
