Dr. Alex Blekhman is an industry-based academic, technology and innovation manager, systems engineering expert, and project management professional. He is author of the book Weapon Systems Engineering published in 2021 by the IDF publishing house. Blekhman is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in establishing new structures and leading strategic processes. He has developed academic and professional training programs in numerous institutions in Israel and abroad in the fields of technology, innovation, project management, and systems engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in large-scale multidisciplinary projects spanning military, homeland security, information technology, simulation, and training.
