Dr. Einat Shoshan-Refaeli specializes in education and teaching, with expertise in developing educational and pedagogic programs for students, teaching staff, and educational teams. She is a lecturer in the Faculty of Education and the Department of Citizenship and Democracy at ORANIM College. Dr. Shoshan-Refaeli holds a doctorate from the University of Haifa, where she researched governmental corruption in local authorities in Israel. Her academic research centers on governance, politics, and resilience at personal, community, and national levels in Israel.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic and the War of IRON SWORDS, she has concentrated on studying the resilience of educational teams during both routine times and crises. She is developing the ‘Training Ambassadors of Resilience in the Education System in Israel’ program. Additionally, she coordinates the activities of an EDUCATION DURING CRISIS Forum that operates at the Samuel Neaman Institute.
