The Onerous Impacts Imposed by the Israel Lands Authority (ILA) on Housing and Land Properties of Israel's Moshavim and Kibuttizim.

Meeting Three - Leonardo Club Hotel, Tiberias, hosting displaced communities from Israel's northern Border

On May 28, 2024, a research team from the Samuel Neaman Institute, led by Prof. (Emerita) Rachelle Alterman, convened its third meeting on the topic "Why are the Property Rights of Israel’s Kibbutzim and Moshavim Still Tantamount to Vassals?". The meeting was attended by members of evacuated moshavim from Israel's northern border as well as other moshavim from the north. This event is part of a series of public discussions organized under the research led by prof. (Emerita) Rachelle Alterman. The goal is to empower residents of the moshavim and kibbutzim by providing essential knowledge about their land rights and fostering discussions on alternative systems.
