{"id":39482,"date":"2024-05-24T23:28:32","date_gmt":"2024-05-24T23:28:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/neaman.s390.upress.link\/project\/innovativeness-in-the-traditional-industry\/"},"modified":"2024-05-24T23:28:32","modified_gmt":"2024-05-24T23:28:32","slug":"innovativeness-in-the-traditional-industry","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/neaman.org.il\/en\/project\/innovativeness-in-the-traditional-industry\/","title":{"rendered":"Innovativeness in the Traditional Industry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A joint venture of the <a href=\"http:\/\/innovation.technion.ac.il\/default.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Center for Innovation and Knowledge<\/a>, Faculty of Industrial and Management, Technion and the Samuel Neaman Institute.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project&#8217;s goal: to help companies in traditional industries to upgrade their ability in the areas of innovation and export, through workshops and guiding projects carried out with the assistance of experienced mentors.<\/p>\n<p>The first round of the project was successfully completed in 2011 and included seven companies, some owned by kibbutzim.<\/p>\n<p>The second round includes five companies: Bermad, Gan Shmuel, Hishtil, Stainless Steel, and Tefron. In the summary meeting, the companies reported on their projects.
