Among others, it suggests actively and purposefully exposing students to the work of the public service and emphasizing its importance. This exposure is expected to motivate high-quality and diverse students to join the ranks of the public sector. The paper offers various alternatives aimed at introducing students from all fields of study in Israel to the civil service and its personnel, as well as to content related to governance, administration, public management, and policy.
