The discussion ends with a presentation and analysis of the conditions required for their success during the country&#8217;s first seventy years.<\/p>\n<p>In the second dimension, we tried to understand where the economy and industry are headed in the next ten years in the world in general and in Israel in particular. We believe that will enable us to suggest the needed government policy in the next decade.<\/p>\n<p>In the third dimension, we identified the dominant managerial characteristics and abilities that were necessary to deal with the business challenges.
