During 2007, a first report was submitted, including data base on the supply and demand for a science and technology labor force in Israel.<\/p>\n<p>During 2008, a second report was prepared. This report focuses on issues and questions raised in the first report. The second part of the this report includes the following chapters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The non academic technological education in Israel;<\/li>\n<li>Data on human resources in the Israeli Engineering &amp; Technological Colleges;<\/li>\n<li>Employment and support mechanisms for candidates for doctoral degree in Israel;<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration between the academic and the industrial sectors in Israel regarding HR;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The goal of this project, which is operating under the auspices of the Samuel Neaman Institute and the National Council for Civil Research &amp; Development (MOLMOP) is to present data on the science and technology human resources in Israel.
