Resource allocation based on neighborhood need.<\/p>\n<p>The collection of references in this partly annotated bibliography is intended to serve as a tool for researchers and students who want to know and understand &#8220;The Program For Neighborhood Regeneration And Renovation In Israel&#8221; which was named Project Renewal. Research into this large-scale and broad-aim program affords familiarity with urban and socio-economic developments and with public decision-making processes in Israel.
