Through the past decade, several papers have been published by SNI dealing with the relation between transportation and environmental issues. These papers covered a great number of topics, some of them were highlighted for further thinking and some presented as recommendations for action. During the same time, progress can be seen in some of the issues.
The purpose of this paper is to present a progress report on the implementation of highlights and recommendations that had been suggested by SNI in past papers.
