Israel’s scientific and technological foreign relations are multiple and diverse. The list of Israeli bodies which have bilateral or multilateral agreements with foreign entities on scientific and technological topics includes universities, colleges, the National Academy of Sciences, government agencies, institutions and public authorities, research institutes and more.

The Samuel Neaman Institute won a tender issued by the National Committee for Foreign Relations’ Coordination at the Council for Research and Development (NCRD) for building a computerized database which will display information on Israel’s national scientific and technological foreign relations at the national and institutional level.

The report presents the computerized database structure and the different types of data it contains, methods of data collection and initial conclusions emerging from the analysis of information in the database.
