This study identifies the main problems that are related to the development and employment of Arab society in Israel. Accordingly, the study proposes economic and spatial policies for development in Arab society. This principal goal behind this study is to explore strategies that are directed to mitigate the conflict between the Arab citizens and the state.
The report will be published during 2007, and will be presented to national decision-makers, including Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.
