Yacha Sutton, a CPA, graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and earned his MBA from Baruch College, CUNY. With over 40 years of expertise in the Medical Equipment industry, Sutton’s career includes pivotal roles at Laser Industries Ltd. Joining the Board of Directors, he later became the Executive Vice President and CFO, subsequently assuming the roles of President and COO. Sutton orchestrated the successful $270 million sale of Laser Industries Ltd. to ESC Medical Systems in 1998. In 1999, Sutton was appointed CEO of ESC Medical Systems, implementing a transformative restructuring plan, driving the company to profitability. Under his leadership, the 2001 acquisition of Coherent Medical Group propelled the company to new heights, with 1,500 employees and a $360 million turnover. Over the past two decades, Sutton has been the President of Rugby Investments Ltd, a private company that invests in startup ventures, particularly in Medical Equipment and Real Estate.
