Michel Pappe

Advocate and Notary Michael Pappe is a member of the audit committee at the Samuel Neaman Institute. Pappe holds an LLB in Law from the Hebrew University and specializes in International Private Law and Commercial Law. He also studied International Relations and Economics at the Hebrew University. He has served as Honorary Consul General of Germany and Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Haifa. Pappe is a board member of the Haifa Arts Foundation; the Bucerius Institute at the University of Haifa; and is a member of the Board of Governors of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
