Yuval Neev holds a BA in economics and an MSc in agricultural economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His professional career started at Tahal Group where he was involved in water, infrastructure, and agricultural projects. He served as a senior economist in Scitex Corporation working on technoeconomic challenges related to future products, and then as director of strategic planning and chief economist for the Israel Chemicals Group (ICL). From 2000 to 2007 he was the Chief Economist and Head of the Economics Department at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, and from 2008 he mentored companies and organizations in the formulation and execution of business strategies and development. In 2016 he was made a Senior Research Fellow at the Neaman Institute.
