Yoav Ben Arie

Yoav Ben Arie is an experienced organizational consultant and facilitator who helps academic leaders develop their skills and strategies. He is a member of the Human Capital and Leadership group at the Neaman Institute and a leading facilitator in the Leaders in Academia national initiative. Yoav has a background in communication and political science from Tel Aviv University and the University of Amsterdam. He has also worked as the director of organizational development at the Branco Weiss Institute, a facilitator of the peer program of Maoz, and a co-founder of the accelerators domain at Maoz.
