Vered Gilad specializes in science, technology, and innovation policy at the Samuel Neaman Institute. With a BSc in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University and an MSc in Behavioral Sciences and Management from Technion, Gilad ‘s expertise spans aspects of scientific and technological development. Within the Neaman Institute, Vered focuses on the scientific and technological workforce, R&D program evaluation, and innovation policy.
