About

Sima Tziperfal is a researcher at the Samuel Neaman Institute.

Sima holds a B.A. in Management from Ben-Gurion University, an M.Sc. in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University (with thesis), and a certificate in Information and Business Intelligence from the Technion.

As a researcher, Sima is actively engaged in the fields of food and food security in Israel, and in evaluation research focusing on aspects such as technology, R&D, and innovation in Israel, human resources, and higher education. This includes evaluating research infrastructure; future human resource needs in high-tech, biotech, and AI industries; requirements in the field of devices combining engineering and biology; and assessing the Precision Medicine Program (IPMP) in Israel.
