Rinat Klein is a researcher and information specialist at the Samuel Neaman Institute for National Policy Research. Klein holds MSc and BSc degrees from the Technion in Chemical Engineering and a Technion diploma in Information Studies. As a researcher, Rinat takes part in projects focusing on Israel’s science and technology output, human capital, higher education, health, and ethics. These projects involve Research Infrastructure for Science, technology, and Innovation policy Studies (RISIS); artificial intelligence and smart robotics; leadership and academic management; and evaluation of the Israel Precision Medicine Partnership (IPMP) Program.
