Nadav Penn studies the long-term maintenance debt of multi-owner residential buildings in Israel. PhD student in urban planning at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning (Technion), graduate of the Master’s degree in urban planning (Technion) and the Philosophy, Political Science and Economics (PPE) program (Hebrew University). Before PhD, Nadav worked as a research associate at the Myers-Joint-Brookdale Institute in the fields of housing, health and health economics, and as an independent researcher in the fields of planning and housing for non-profit organizations and public entities.
