Dr. Ofer Rimon - Director of Science and Technology Administration at the Israel Ministry of Education.
Giora Shalgi - Senior Research Fellow, The Samuel Neaman Institute, Technion. Mr. Shalgi was part of the lecturers panel, but was unable to attend the meeting. His presentation is attached at the end of the video.
