This research extends a previous study by the authors on "The Role of Research Universities in the Israeli R&D System" by examining the possibility of a growing shortage in recipients of academic degrees in science and technology (S&T).

Advanced Manufacturing – Formulating a National Policy

This study is intended to formulate a national policy proposal for promoting and implementing advanced manufacturing in Israel and help in its implementation.

Sectorial Specialization and Diversification Indices for R&D

Economic activity that is concentrated in a small number of sectors could indicate specialization and that competitive advantages are being exploited. However, it can also render the economy vulnerable to risks arising from technological and economic shocks.
