Dr. Hagit Glickman holds a BA in mathematics and statistics, as well as an MA and PhD in statistics from the Faculty of Exact Sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
After completing her education, she worked as a researcher at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) and later became the head of a senior field at the Central Bureau of Statistics in Israel, where she was involved in census planning and evaluation.
In 2006, Dr. Glickman joined the founding team of the National Authority for Measurement and Evaluation in Education (RAMA) as the Director of the Research and Development Division.
In 2014, she was elected as the CEO of RAMA and held this position for eight years. Dr. Glickman is currently on leave after completing her role. Her expertise includes statistical methods for processing and analyzing big data, sampling methods, methods for building indices and reporting, advanced statistical models, methods for analyzing results and drawing conclusions, and more.
During her work at ACER and RAMA, she also specialized in the fields of educational measurement and evaluation, including psychometrics, program evaluation, and applied educational-social research.
