They enlist [to the military and Civic Service], they study [at academic institutions] and they want to work: More and more Ultra-Orthodox entering the job market, with increasing support from the rabbis. And the State of Israel stands in the threshold of a "wave of immigration", this time from within the country. Unfortunately, however, the secular employers, driven by prejudice and lack of knowledge, have trouble dealing with this reality.
