The World Food Day

Dr. Amnon Lichter, from the department of fresh agricultural produce from the Volcani Institute, shared the figures and the processes that contribute to food waste, and what methods can improve and optimize the situation. Dr. Tzipi Eshet, from the Samuel Neaman Institute at the Technion, told us about the research taking place at SNI about agricultural loss in Israel and possible means to prevent these losses in the future.
